The interview transcripts that I produce are fully human. AI systems might be able to tell you WHAT was said (or close enough), but they cannot tell you HOW it was said, an element which is essential to provide full context when representing the spoken word as text. AI systems cannot and should not try to infer human emotion simply because they are not human - they lack the human spirit.
From August 2026, my interview transcripts will be returned to clients bearing the "Transcribed by Human Ingenuity" mark, to celebrate the human listening, understanding, interpretation and translation that captures the human spirit of a spoken interview in text.
